Using the Virtues strategies Linda Kavelin Popov, assisted by Dr. Dan Popov, will lead a process of discovery where you will have the opportunity to envision a new way forward that reflects your highest possibilities.

This immersive retreat will be a combination of presentation with discussion, sharing, individual and group work using exercises and practices based on the Virtues strategies. The experience will take advantage of the opportunities presented through online interactions; and we will strive to ensure that all participants are equally set up to achieve their goals.

As a participant you will:
• Create a discernment map to view what stresses you and what sustains you.
• Envision what will bring joy and meaning at this time in your life.
• Discover your service and your boundaries.
• Experience exercises and practices based on virtues strategies that you can utilise again and again.

Facilitator biographies:

Lovely smiling woman with white short curly hair and a yellow blossom tucked behind her ear.Linda Kavelin Popov is the author of seven books, including best-sellers The Family Virtues Guide and A Pace of Grace. She is a psychiatric social worker and has worked in community mental health and private practice. She was named a “cultural creative” by Time Magazine and received the YWCA Woman of Distinction award for international education and development. She appeared on many television shows including Oprah Winfrey and had her own series on VISION TV in Canada. As co-founder of The Virtues Project, she has worked with many cultures worldwide on healing and transformation.
